Role overview

As a Creative Director at Kaay, you will lead our creative team in conceptualizing and executing cutting-edge design solutions across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for setting the creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation through all our projects. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and mentor a talented team of designers, while collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

Your tasks

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.

  • Set the creative vision and strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Oversee the development of innovative design concepts, from initial ideation to final execution.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and requirements, and present creative solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and innovation.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
